What is the truth and how do we recognize it?

Jesus said, "I am the way, the TRUTH and the life". (John 14:6)

Remember when you first heard the gospel? You know, the time that it touched your heart in a way that it never did before---when you recognized that you were a sinner in need of a savior; and you asked Jesus into your heart. The Bible says, "For the word of God is full of living power. It is sharper than the sharpest knife, cutting deep into our innermost thoughts and desires. It exposes us for what we really are." (Hebrews 4:12)

Maybe you were even a child, yet even as a child, the gospel touched your heart and you recognized that you needed to ask Jesus into your heart. That is the power of the gospel! That is the power of the TRUTH! The gospel is truth and when we accept it, we become a  whole person. We knew that something was missing before, and now we know what that is! Our soul recognizes the truth that was placed in it from it's very creation. The Bible says, "For the truth about God is known to them instinctively. God has put this knowledge in their hearts." (Rom. 1:19)

Now what was that "gospel" that you accepted? That made you accept Jesus Christ as your savior? Do you remember the people who told it to you? What did they teach you? Did they teach you about Kenites; the serpent seed; three earth ages; an eighth day creation of a white man; that the flood of Noah was only regional? Did they believe that? Would they believe it now? Did they tell you that to be "Born Again" meant that you needed to be born in the flesh?! Or did they tell you that you ARE "Born Again" into a new creation through the changing power of the Holy Spirit when you ask Jesus Christ into your heart?!!  Did they teach you that Jesus came out of the tomb in a
SPIRIT body?
Arnold Murray teaches you those things. Things that wander away from that Gospel that you first accepted!

Did those who told you the Gospel, tell you that your old life of sin was nailed to the Cross with Jesus Christ and you could be "Born Again" when you accept him as your savior? Didn't they explain that  Baptism reflected that new life in Christ? Didn't they show you where Jesus said that you must be born of Water; speaking of the fleshly birth first; THEN you must be born of the Spirit? Born of your mother first, then Born Again in Jesus Christ.

John 3:5-6---"Jesus replied, "The truth is, no one can enter the Kingdom of God without being born of water and the Spirit. Humans can produce only human life, but the Holy Spirit gives new life from heaven."

What did these people who led you to Christ, teach you? What was the "gospel" that you accepted?

"For you know that God paid a ransom to save you from the empty life you inherited from your ancestors. And the ransom he paid was not mere gold or silver. He paid for you with the precious lifeblood of Christ, the sinless, spotless Lamb of God." (1 Peter. 1:19).....and: "For you have been born again. Your new life did not come from your earthly parents because the life they gave you will end in death. But this new life will last forever because it comes from the eternal, living word of God. As the prophet says, "People are like grass that dies away; their beauty fades as quickly as the beauty of wildflowers. The grass withers, and the flowers fall away. But the word of the Lord will last forever." And that word is the Good News that was preached to you." (1 Peter1:23-25)

The Bible warns us not to be led astray from that life-giving gospel, into other "gospels".

2 Cor. 11:3-4---"But I fear that somehow you will be led away from your pure and simple devotion to Christ, just as Eve was deceived by the serpent. You seem to believe whatever anyone tells you, even if they preach about a different Jesus than the one we preach, or a different Spirit than the one you received, or a different kind of gospel than the one you believed."

Gal.1:7-9---"I am shocked that you are turning away so soon from God, who in his love and mercy called you to share the eternal life he gives through Christ. You are already following a different way that pretends to be the Good News but is not the Good News at all. You are being fooled by those who twist and change the truth concerning Christ. Let God's curse fall on anyone, including myself, who preaches any other message than the one we told you about. . Even if an angel comes from heaven and preaches any other message, let him be forever cursed. I will say it again: If anyone preaches any other gospel than the one you welcomed, let God's curse fall upon that person."

The kind of gospel that you believed at first was not the kind of gospel that says that we were spirit bodies on this earth in another age, and needed to be tested in this flesh age before God would accept us in his Kingdom! That is closer to a Buddhist gospel than the gospel of Jesus Christ! That is a silly myth created in the mind of men.  It is not found anywhere in the Bible. Not in any chapter, nor any verse.

The Gospel of Jesus Christ is that he finished it! We do nothing but accept it. As it says in Corinthians, it is simple! And as the verse clearly says, satan takes something simple, like he did with Eve, and twists it into a complex thing to trick you.

God said simply, to Eve---"Don't eat this"........but satan said, "God did not mean just that, there was more behind it, he didn't want you to know the truth. He thinks that you are not mature enough to handle the real meaning....."  God says to you, "Believe in Jesus Christ".......but satan says, "God does not mean just that, look "deeper in the Word;..yes, believe, but only those who are mature enough can handle the real meaning".....only those who work hard at study, does the Father love" See what Paul was warning against? Against teachers who tell you that the gospel you accepted was not the whole truth!  It wasn't enough. Just as the serpent told Eve that she didn't know the whole truth, but she could be more wise. So does satan deceive people today, telling them that they can be more wise, learn "deeper" truths, get away from that "baby stuff", and eat "real Meat"! Satan tells us that the Word of God is misinterpreted, "God doesn't mean that..."

Eve could not believe that satan would lie to her. After all, he was a Cherub put in the garden by God, and surely must have known more about God than she did! He spoke with authority, yet seemed sincere, sweet and humble. So if Eve was fooled by a beautiful creature such as satan, wouldn't it be possible for you to be fooled into thinking that a "humble" old man from a small town in Arkansas, was telling the truth? Satan always tries to deceive us by convincing us that things will not be the way we have been taught, that things will not go the way God says they will. That is why Jesus says that Peter, was "Satan", because Peter suggested that things were not going to be the way God said they would: "Heaven forbid, Lord," he said. "This will never happen to you!" Jesus turned to Peter and said, "Get away from me, Satan! You are a dangerous trap to me. You are seeing things merely from a human point of view, and not from God's." (Matt. 16:23)

Jesus called  the religious leaders satan, because they also did the same thing. They spent their time in studying theTorah---the word of God, and interpreting that word. They convinced the people that they held the key to understanding.
Remember they knew and spoke the "original languages"! Their interpretations were correct, the meaning of the words was correct----but they still missed the Messiah! Paul even killed the Messiah's followers, because he was hung up on the words and the twisted meaning behind them! This why he cautioned us not to get 'hung up' on all of these silly things, he understood how that happens:

Titus3:9----"Do not get involved in foolish discussions about spiritual pedigrees or in quarrels and fights about obedience to Jewish laws. These kinds of things are useless and a waste of time."

1 Tim. 1:4---" Don't let people waste time in endless speculation over myths and spiritual pedigrees. For these things only cause arguments; they don't help people live a life of faith in God."

Check out the Talmud, which includes the Jewsh religious leader's arguments over the meaning of scriptures. See if you recognize some of Arnold Murray's teachings in there! They are! Murray can say the Jewish religious leaders and scribes are "Kenites", but he teaches the same things they do! Please  remember where Jesus said these teachings come from, he said they come from:satan!  (READ THE TALMUD)  Stop here, and read that page.......this is your soul we are talking about! Look, What do the teachings focus on? Not, things that are 'pure, good, and beautiful' as Paul says we should. (Phil.4:8)!!  If you are listening to someone else's interpretation of the Word of God, instead of listening to the Holy Spirit, you are following the spirit of satan, just like those religious leaders, in Jesus's day; the ones who wrote the Talmud. The Bible says:

"When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all truth. He will not be presenting his own ideas; he will be telling you what he has heard. He will tell you about the future." (John 16:13)

"But you have received the Holy Spirit, and he lives within you, so you don't need anyone to teach you what is true. For the Spirit teaches you all things, and what he teaches is true it is not a lie. So continue in what he has taught you, and continue to live in Christ."  (1John 2:27)

"Dear brothers and sisters, I solemnly assure you that the Good News of salvation which I preach is not based on mere human reasoning or logic. For my message came by a direct revelation from Jesus Christ himself. No one else taught me." (Gal.1:11-12)

In these last days, our Lord said that many false teachers would come and lead many away. Away from what? One can not be lead away from something, when they have never been there! This clearly speaks of those who have been in the church, who have been Christians, but have now been led away. Haven't you been led away from the gospel that you first knew? Since you were first saved, how many other teachings have you followed? Are you like these women?:

"They are the kind who work their way into people's homes and win the confidence of vulnerable women who are burdened with the guilt of sin and controlled by many desires. Such women are forever following new teachings, but they never understand the truth." (2 Tim.3:6-7)

"Teach these truths, Timothy, and encourage everyone to obey them. Some false teachers may deny these things, but these are the sound, wholesome teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ, and they are the foundation for a godly life. Anyone who teaches anything different is both conceited and ignorant. Such a person has an unhealthy desire to quibble over the meaning of words. This stirs up arguments ending in jealousy, fighting, slander, and evil suspicions." (1 Timothy 6:2-4)

Honestly, have you not seen "quibbling over the meaning of words; arguments; jealousy; and evil suspicions"; on SC message boards and email lists? Return to the truth that you learned about Jesus Christ! Stop being led astray by diverse doctrines, like the

Israelites were! Jesus said that you could tell a tree by it's fruit.

Does Arnold Murray's teaching produce good fruit? Does it lead to the freedom found in Jesus Christ? Does the teaching concentrate on good, pure wonderful truths of the salvation we all have, through Jesus Christ; and the victory of his resurrection?

Or does Murray's teaching lead one feel condemned because they are not a "serious enough" student? Or proud because they have worked so hard at study, that they understand more than the "ignorant" ; "lazy"; average, Christian? Does his teaching lead to pride, because of the "fact" that one is of the "special" "adamic" race of white men, who God "formed" in a special garden?  Does Murray's teaching lead one to be paranoid about his neighbor, thinking he might be a "Kenite"; instead of loving that neighbor like Jesus said? Doesn't his teaching give you an excuse to be unloving to those who may be a "tare"? Does the teaching lead to peace, or does it lead to fear about the future? Does the teaching lead to pure thoughts, or does it center around sex and give you sensual thoughts? Does the teaching lead to joy and happiness, or does it lead to arguing and sarcasm? Sarcasm is another word for "mocking"......"Do not rebuke a mocker or he will hate you; rebuke a wise man and he will love you" (Prov.9:8); "some people like to make cutting remarks,  the words of the wise soothe and heal." (Prov. 12:18) Do you think calling other other people "ignorant imbeciles" or saying "you can't see what is before you, GROW UP"; or calling other ministers "one verse Charlies"; is mocking or soothing?...Does Murray love those who rebuke him?

Does Arnold Murray posses the right kind of 'fruit'? Should a 'Pastor'.....one who leads a flock; pull a gun on a person, like Murray did Dec. 28, 1998, during his live broadcast? We are not speaking of someone breaking into his home. We are talking about an unarmed man, who stood up during Murray's "teaching" and said, "Blasphemy!" when Murray said that the Holy Spirit had inspired what Murray was teaching. The man rebuked Murray.....instead of loving the man,  Murray's body guards tried to muscle him out. the man says, "get your hands off me!"......The man did not threaten Murray at all. For this Murray wanted to kill him?! Maybe he just wanted to scare him.  Think about it, Does that sound like Jesus? Does the Bible say to act like that? Listen and see                                                                    click here:

Isn't that incredible? As the man is wrestled to the floor, he tries to say that "the Holy Spirit didn't say that".  What is Murray trying to silence? No true man of God would want to shoot, or even point a gun at someone who disturbed his teachings. Look how Peter and Paul handled hecklers...they rebuked them in Jesus's name....Murray does not  think about Jesus, just his 9mm! Yes, I know, 'he was a marine'. We are not speaking of a soldier of war, who is looking into the barrel of a gun....we are at war, that is true, but it is a spiritual war, and requires spiritual weapons......We are speaking of a supposed Man of God, who was in God's house, supposedly doing the Fathers business. Did Christ pull out weapons?  Yes, the whip in the temple. Was that a deadly weapon? No. Was Jesus protecting his own pride? No.Was Christ trying to get them to stop calling him a blasphemer? No. He rebuked the selling of religious items, along side of the worship for his Father.  If someone trusts Almighty God, they are not angry when others call them names, but are willing to give their lives to save those who are lost, just as Jesus did! If they are false teachers, they want to save their own reputation, and do not care about a lost soul. They will let others die, so that they can live.  True Christians trust what the Bible says: 'no weapon forged against you will prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and this is their vindication from me,' declares the LORD.''(Isa.54:16-18) A true Christian pastor, trusts God to guard him! A believer's life is in the Lords hands, He is able to keep it, until His purpose is done.

The Bible says that God tests every man's faith, by fire. For some, it is gunfire. Who trusts the Lord during the fire?  Not the person who does not know Him.

Do you trust the Lord? Or do you think you need a mere human to read the Bible to you? You are trusting a man with your very soul! You won't read a modern translation because you say they are corrupt. Yet, after Murray reads a sentence, he always says:
"in other words"
......or "now this means..." and he translates that word! How is that different than the NIV translators? At least one knows that the NIV translators have a degree in Hebrew and Greek languages and they will at least be accurate! They list their names and degrees at the front of the Bible. Murray refuses. He hides his education, or lack of one. But more important than that, is the fact that you are letting Arnold Murray do what the Holy Spirit should be doing in your life! The Holy Spirit will tell you what those verses mean; especially how they relate to your life.  It is stupid to have a mere man interpret scripture to you 'chapter by chapter; verse by verse'.....because if he is trying to pass off great heresies, this is the way to do it. As the saying goes, "how do you get a man to eat an elephant?  ONE BITE AT A TIME!"   Murray does not try to get you to swallow all of his teachings at once......he says "put it on a shelf".......he feeds you one bite at a time. Once he can get you to believe one of his heresies, it is easier to lead you into the others.  Once you get your feet wet, in his pool of heresy, soon you are in up to your knees, and as you get use to the "water" before you know it, you are in over your head! His first job is to get you away from reading the Bible for yourself, without any interpreter but the Holy Spirit. He must get you to accept that the scriptures can not be trusted with out some kind of interpreter. Well, I tell you now that the Gospel of Jesus Christ is stronger than that!

The growth of a Christian does not depend on how well one knows the Bible, the languages, or the various meanings of the words..... Christ died for the illiterate too! The purpose of the Bible, is to lead one to the living Savior! Jesus Said ' You diligently study the scriptures because you think that by them you possess eternal life. But, these scriptures point to me!" (John 5:39) [not kenites] Never forget that the Pharisees and the scribes, in Jesus's time knew every jot and tittle of the scriptures; yet they missed the Messiah written clearly in them! Paul was one of them. He spoke the "original" languages; yet he killed the followers of Christ! The prayerful study of the scriptures is for the worship of Jesus Christ, to bring one closer to Him, and to make the student more pleasing to God. Not to expose some big conspiriacy by Satan! God tells us what Satan wants to do , He says he is a "roaring lion seeking who he may devour". But the scriptures also tell us that he is a defeated foe! He is washed up! His number is about up!  So we are not to fill our minds with him and his plans, but to fill our minds with the good things of Heaven and God! "Since then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is seated t the right hand of God.  (Col.3:1)

The Bible explains that the whole 'mystery' spoken of, during the Old Testament. The mystery is  NOT what Arnold Murray says it is.  Murray teaches that the "mystery" is that the Kenites are decendants of Cain, whose father is Satan. That would mean that the whole Bible points the way to Satan and his son! That is not what the Gospel says.  The Bible says that the Mystery of the Bible, is that God, in the incarnation of Jesus Christ, would come to earth and become His creations' savior! That God offers this salvation to Jews and Gentiles alike! The whole point of the Bible, is to point one to Christ, so that the reader can accept His sacrifice for them; then they become 'born again'....born of the Holy Spirit!

"I urge you, brothers, to watch out for those who cause divisions and put obstacles in your way that are contrary to the teaching you have learned.  Keep away from them. For such people are not serving our Lord Christ, but their own appetites. By smooth talk and flattery they deceive the minds of naive people.  Everyone has heard about your obedience, so I am full of joy over you; but I want you to be wise about what is good, and innocent about what is evil." (Rom. 16:17-19) [that directly contradicts Murray's teaching, that you should know your enemy. Read what the Bible says is true, not what Arnold Murray says is true.]

"God has given me the responsibility of serving his church by proclaiming his message in all its fullness to you Gentiles. The message was kept secret for centuries and generations past, but now it has been revealed to his own holy people. For it has pleased God to tell his people that the riches and glory of Christ are for you Gentiles, too. For this is the secret: Christ lives in you, and this is your assurance that you will share in his glory." (Col.1:25-27)

The Bible says that Paul has revealed the big mystery. And he did that 2,000 years ago!

"Surely you have heard about the administration of God's grace that was given to me for you, that is, the mystery made known to me by revelation, as I have already written briefly. In reading this, then, you will be able to understand my insight into the mysery of Christ, which was not made known to men in other generations as it has now been revealed by the Spirit to God's holy apostles and prophets. This mystery is that through the gospel the Gentiles are heirs together with Israel, members together of one body, and sharers together in the promise in Christ Jesus." (Eph.3:2-6)

" I do not want you to be ingorant of this mystery, brothers, so that you may not be conceited: Israel has experienced a hardening in part until the full number of the Gentiles has come in." (Rom.11:25)

"Although I am less than the least of all God's people, this grace was given me: to preach to the Gentiles the unserchable riches of Christ, and to make plain to everyone the administration of this mystery, which for ages past was kept hidden in God, who created all things." (Eph.3:8-9)

"My purpose is that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love, so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding, in order that they may know the mystery of God, namely Christ, " (Col.2:2)

No one else in all of Christian History, including Jesus Christ, has ever named the Kenites as descendants of Cain, and sons of satan. Why would God leave this unrevealed until Arnold Murray? Why would God have Arnold Murray name these Kenites, when he himself never did?

These are your choices. You believe the teachings of Arnold Murray, who says that the whole mystery from ages past, the whole purpose of the Bible; and revealed only through Arnold Murray; is that satan had a son before God did; and satan's decendants are called "Kenites" and God hid that fact until Arnold Murray came to explain it plainly to the world.  No other prophet, teacher, saint, apostle or Jesus Christ himself, has ever named the name, of "Kenite" as sons of satan.

Or you can believe what Christianity has always taught, beginning with Christ. That a loving God became man, to die for the atonement of all mankind's sin. He being the only Supernatural being ever born, on earth. He was buried and raised from the dead, on the third day; And because of this resurrection, we all will be raised with him, and be joined with him, in His kingdom. And his kingdom is within us when we accept Him.! That is the mystery of the Bible, revealed only through Christ.

I beg of you to get a modern translation, put down your strongs concordance for a while, and allow the Holy Spirit to be your interpreter!  Get back to that Gospel that you trusted at first. Trust in God for a change!

"Remember your leaders who first taught you the word of God. Think of all the good that has come from their lives, and trust the Lord as they do. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. So do not be attracted by strange, new ideas." Hebrews 13:7-9

TRUTH

Arnold Murray teaches you those things. Things that wander away from that Gospel that you first accepted!
